Second Floor Addition - Before

A second floor addition was required for the remodel. The existing residence was a 2 bedroom 1 bath shed roof home in Jonestown. Additional concrete was needed for structural support for the new second floor.

Second Floor Addition - After

The final product was a two story residence with a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a totally redesigned kitchen and satillo tile floors downstairs.

Garage Apartment - During

Our client wanted a ground level workshop and a complete apartment above it.

When completed, our client had a 1400 sf building with a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen, a washer and dryer connection and a 280 sf cedar deck. This included a stair lift for handicap access to the second floor.

Sun Room - Finished

This sunroom addition was 14' x 70' with 1x4 beadboard ceilings. The homeowner wanted a home office with a breakfast area off the kitchen. The final touch was the 20"x20" ceramic tile floor thru-out the house.

Sun Room Exterior Stone - Finished

The exterior stone was wrapped around from the sides to compliment the original home
